By utilizing Recorder Control Service (RCS) technology, CXM ConForm can automatically pause the recording of both voice and screen data ensuring sensitive data is never stored. By setting specific start and stop triggers during the period within a call that contains sensitive information, the voice recording is automatically replaced by tones and when resumed the recording continues.
