Customer eXperience Management

This class will equip participants to administrate the CXM system so that call recording and screen capturing requirements are met and system user access for call searching is appropriately managed. This class optionally can be extended by 30 minutes to cover technical items such as archiving and restoration of calls, best practices for backups and database maintenance, and anti-virus software considerations for CXM

Administrator classes are the 3rd Wednesday in odd number months (January, March, May, July, September, November)
